Our founder, Chris Butler, carries with him 20+ years of large law firm experience, with nearly 10 of those years as a partner with a global labor and employment firm. Through his continued years of practice, Chris developed into an accomplished, seasoned litigator, consistently obtained successful outcomes, and above all, dedicated himself to the art of client service. In establishing The Christopher Butler Firm, Chris was motivated in large part by the increasing demand from businesses, both large and small, to secure representation by highly skilled attorneys without having to incur the heavy overhead costs of a full-service law firm. At our firm, clients receive major law firm experience at boutique law firm rates. Our legal practice is governed by a single prevailing goal: to provide superior legal representation to our clients in a cost-efficient manner.

In addition, we frequently represent our clients in restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, business tort litigation, and general litigation. And, for those businesses that do not employ full-time in-house counsel, we also provide our clientele with outside general counsel services, allowing us to effectively serve as our client’s “12th Man” on the team whenever needed.
